Heat-resistant grease "GIP" [Heat resistance 300℃]

Grease specially developed for plastic molding molds! White heat-resistant extreme pressure lubricating grease! Can also be used as a substitute for fluorine grease!

Yamato Shokai's "GIP Grease" is a grease for plastic molding molds that: - Does not drip or liquefy under high temperatures. - Does not seize or solidify under high loads for extended periods. - Has a white-brown color that does not stain plastic molded products and maintains lubrication. - Does not have concerns about seizing deposits or dimensional accuracy damage under high loads like fluorine grease. - Heat resistance: approximately 300°C (optimal usage temperature range: -40 to 260°C) - Withstands chemical external pressures such as corrosive gases generated inside the mold during molding.

[BiRAL Problem Solving Case] Ball Bearing

Protects from internal mixing. Minimal degradation due to heat, allowing for long-term lubrication.

Issues: At Company T in Hokuriku, bearings used at high temperatures (60°C) and high speeds (3,000 to 4,000 r.p.m) were replaced every two months. This was due to the degradation of the grease caused by heat generated during rotation, leading to wear and damage of the bearings. Solution: Bilar NMG is a non-soap-based, heat-resistant, extreme pressure grease that suppresses heat generation from rotation and has minimal degradation due to heat, allowing for long-term lubrication. As a result, the interval for bearing replacement has been extended to every seven months. ● For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
